A filter trip is a refusal, a safety lecture, or a scene interruption during content the platform claims to allow. Every app on this SERP claims "no filter"; one competing page even defines a three-scenario test protocol and then publishes a number for exactly one product, its own. My method is the one this site uses everywhere: run real explicit scenes on a paid account, count the refusals, print the count with a date. Zero trips across my tests is written as measured fact; "permissive by policy" on researched rows is labeled as exactly that.

The top result for this search is a Reddit thread asking exactly that, and it deserves a straight answer. On my measurements: Candy AI, with OurDream AI as the explicit-first runner-up, and JanitorAI holding the free crown. The honest caveat comes from that same community: the gap between a great first chat and still-solid-weeks-in is wider than most lists capture, filters tighten, free tiers shrink, models change. The crown is dated July 2026, and this page changes when the measurements do.
The other lists ranking for this search share two habits worth knowing. Two of the three are published by app vendors that rank their own product first and link to none of the competitors they list, and the one that defines a filter-testing protocol applies it only to itself, printing "Truly unfiltered" on seven identical rows for everyone else.
