1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (these "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NoFilterReview ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at nofilterreview.com, together with all content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Eligibility; Age Requirement
The Site contains reviews, commentary, and information concerning adult-oriented software applications. The Site is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you do not, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

The Site publishes independent editorial reviews, comparisons, test data, and related commentary concerning artificial intelligence companion and chat applications operated by third parties. The Site offers a community ranking feature ("the Arena") in which you may submit ratings of third-party applications. You agree to rate only applications you have genuinely used, to submit honest assessments, and not to manipulate rankings through repeat voting, automated submissions, or coordinated activity. We may filter, weight, withhold, or discard ratings, and apply sample-size and confidence thresholds, at our discretion to preserve the integrity of the results. Ratings you submit are non-personal and may be aggregated and displayed publicly. We do not guarantee that any rating will be published or reflected in a ranking.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT THEREON ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoFilterReview and its owner, operators, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14. Modifications to the Site and These Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revision.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
16. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Site.
