The operator has a name, SUBSUP PTE. LTD., which not one page ranking for this search mentions. The policy makes a promise most rivals never make: your conversation content is “never” used or disclosed “for marketing or advertising purposes.” And it is equally plain about the tradeoff: your messages are collected, and they are processed so your chatbot can “learn from your interactions.”

On the US App Store, the listing under this seller is “Talkie Lab - AI Playground,” rated 17+. Sharing follows the standard SaaS pattern: service providers for hosting, IT, support, and payments, with your card details handled by a third-party payment processor rather than Talkie itself.
Does Talkie read or train on your chats?
What it collects is explicit: “Messages and content. This includes the messages you send and receive through the Apps, such as voice and text messages,” alongside your birth date, pronouns, work status, and interests over time.
What it does with them is more specific than most policies in this category, in both directions. The processing purpose: “to allow your AI chatbot to learn from your interactions to improve your conversations.” That is your chat content feeding the model behavior, stated plainly. The limit: “we will never use or disclose the content of your Talkie conversations for marketing or advertising purposes.” Between those two lines sits the honest answer: your conversations shape the product, and the operator promises they do not become ad fodder. Deletion is self-serve: “You can delete your account in your account settings,” with consent-withdrawal language behind it.
Is Talkie AI safe for kids?
This is what most people typing this search want to know, and the three parent-safety sites ranking for it contradict each other. One lists a “Safe Interaction Environment” with “filters to prevent inappropriate content” among the app’s pros. The one that actually ran a test reported innuendo-laced dialogue in its first exchanges, without signing in and without being asked an age. The third calls the filters “not fool-proof” and notes a community link to Discord that cannot be switched off.
The tested finding wins, and the app’s own paperwork agrees with it: the App Store listing under Talkie’s operator is rated 17+. My read: this is a 17+ product with a mainstream-looking storefront, and the safe-for-kids framing on page one is optimism, not evidence.
How the age checks actually work
Registration asks for a birth date, per the policy’s own collection list. Nothing in the policy describes verifying it, and the tested parental review reached suggestive content without logging in at all. A birth date field is a gate in the legal sense, not the practical one; treat it accordingly.
